The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier. All monies forfeited if passenger cancelling less than 48 hours prior to travel. Should a trip be cancelled by the operator, passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip.

Sunrover Tours:

Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied. No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase. Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
